How to make a purchase?
*Applicable to accessory and stationery items only*
Contact us via our FACEBOOK group pagr or email mmoriyo@gmail.com to place an order.
If the item is available, we will reply you within 3 working days with the invoice and payment instructions. Please check your junk / spam if you do not receive a reply from us. You will also be informed in the event that an item is sold out.
For non-accessory or non-stationery items, please visit our boxes at the following locations:
Tampines One Hako
Ang Mo Kio Hub Hako
Payment
Full payment must be made in advance via Funds Transfer / Deposit (POSB/ UOB/ OCBC Account only) into our account before your order can be processed and shipped. Items will be posted out within 5 working days when payment is received.
Postage
Final total postage is to be paid by buyer.
E.g. For small-sized items, normal postage cost SGD$1.50 (bubble wrap pack and stamp).
When placing an order, please state:
1) product name & code
2) mailing address
3) contact no.
and follow further instructions from us.
Please allow a delivery period of 5 working days for local purchases.
Meet-up collection is available depending on seller's convenience.

- All items are for local buyers only at the moment. Prices stated are in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and are non-negotiable.
- All items are in good condition and quality at the point of mailing. No exchanges or refunds are allowed.
- 森よwill not be responsible for any packages lost in transition or any items damaged during the mailing process. Registered mail is highly encouraged to prevent loss of mail. All the items will be bubblewrapped to avoid damage during delivery.
- All items have no remakes unless stated or emailed personally which will also depend on the availability of materials.
